Your brand page is your customer's first impression of you and your events, make it stand out by adding your logo, brand bio, and banner.

  1. From your Dashboard, locate the brand you would like to customise. This can be done using the menu on the right-hand side of the page, or by clicking on the ‘Pages’ tab at the top of the page and selecting the correct brand from the drop down menu.

  2. Click the 'Edit Page' button.

Your brand name, URL, category, and subcategory will be pre-filled from when you created your account, however, you can edit them now if you need to. Other than these four sections, all the customisations on your brand page are completely optional.

  3. Start typing the city your events are based in under 'Location', and select the correct entry from the drop down.

  4. Enter your Brand Bio in the box provided (maximum 500 characters). This will appear at the top of your brand page under your logo and is similar to an Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) bio.

  5. Enter your Brand Description in the box provided. Here you can expand on your bio and add as much detail as you'd like. This will appear at the bottom of your brand page.

  6. Click 'Upload Image' in the 'Logo' box to add your brand's logo. We recommend an image of 312px x 312px, and the image can be no larger than 1MB.

  7. Click 'Upload Image' in the 'Cover Image' box to add a background image for your brand (a darkened version of this will appear behind your logo and bio on your brand page). We recommend an image of 1600px x 900px, and the image can be no larger than 1MB.

  8. Adjust your Co-promoter and Rep settings (more info on these features can be found in the relevant sections of our Help Centre).

  9. Click 'Save'.

Congratulations, you have successfully customised your brand page! Click 'View Page' to see your changes in action.
