Please note: All funds on Fatsoma clear 48 hours after the end date and time of the event, and you will not be able to request a payout for your funds before this time has passed. Once you’ve requested a payout, the funds should be in your account within 3 working days.
From your Dashboard, select the ‘Finance’ tab at the top of the page.
Click the ‘Request Payout’ button.
Enter the amount you want to payout.
Enter your personal details in the boxes provided including your name, email address, and phone number. (Please ensure these details are correct as these are what we will use to contact you in order to verify your account).
(If you've had a payout previously, your bank details will already be pre-filled and you can skip straight to step 6 below)Enter the following information in the boxes provided:
Whether you are a Company, Sole Trader, or Individual (If you are working as part of a Partnership, then please add the details of the same nominated partner as you used to register with HMRC).
Your company details (if applicable)
Your registered address
The type of account you wish to payout to (IMPORTANT: if your funds were collected in GBP, you will need to select 'UK Bank Account').
Your Bank’s Name
Your Bank Account Holder’s Name
Your Bank Account Registered Address
Your Bank Account Number
Your Sort Code
Please note, all of the above are required fields and are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be able to request your payout until all the required fields are complete.
Click ‘Request Payout’.
Review the payout total and the account details.
Click ‘Confirm’.
Congratulations, you have successfully requested a payout for the funds from your event!
IMPORTANT: If this is your first payout, your account will need to be verified before you can receive your funds. You will receive an email from our verifications team, and a text from our partner company Red Flag with details on how to do this.
