From your Dashboard, click on the 'Pages' tab at the top of the page and select the brand you want to add followers to.
Scroll down to find the section titled ‘Build Your Network’ in the menu running down the left-hand side of the page and select 'Import Customer Database'.
Double-check you have a CSV file to upload containing the email addresses of your customer base.
Take note of the terms and conditions and privacy policy statement, and tick the box to agree when you’re happy.
Click ‘Upload CSV File’, select the file from your system, and look out for the light blue notification: ‘File attached, ready for processing’.
Click ‘Process Import’ and look out for the confirmation message in a green banner at the top of the page: ‘Your file has been uploaded and is being processed. You will receive an email when this is done’.
