How Do I Check in My Attendees Using the Fatsoma Scan App?

Scanning tickets on the day of the event couldn’t be easier with our dedicated Fatsoma Scan app.

  1. Download the app to your smartphone via the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Login to the app using your normal Fatsoma login.

  3. Select the event you want to scan tickets for.

  4. Click ‘Check in’.

  5. Select ‘Scan’ at the bottom of the page.

  6. Hold your phone’s camera over the barcode on the customer’s ticket.
    ​
    ​

  7. Wait for the green confirmation banner to appear confirming their name and ticket type. (If a red banner appears this means the ticket has already been used, and a time will be confirmed as to when the ticket was scanned).

  8. Repeat for all attendees.

Congratulations, you have successfully checked in your attendees using the Fatsoma Scan app!
