If you’re logged in, you will first need to sign out by clicking on the drop down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and clicking ‘Sign Out’.
Click ‘Forgot Password’ in the Sign In page.
Enter the email address linked to your Fatsoma account in the box provided.
Click ‘Reset Password’.
Go to your email inbox.
Locate the ‘Reset Password’ email from Fatsoma (if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder).
Click on the ‘Reset Password’ link in the email.
Enter your new password in the box provided.
Click ‘Reset Password’.
Congratulations, you have successfully reset your password!
