From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to change the ticket sale times for.

Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

Scroll down to the ‘Tickets’ section.
​

Click the pencil icon on the tickets you want to change the on sale dates for.
​
​

Change the dates and times you want the tickets to be on sale from and to under the headings ‘On Sale From’ and ‘On Sale To’.

Click ‘Save’.
​
​

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
​
​

Click ‘Save Event’ to set your changes live.
