How Do I Change the Dates My Tickets are On Sale?

If you want different tickets going on/off sale at different times, then we’ve made this super easy to do so you can sell tickets your way!

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to change the ticket sale times for.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.
    ​
    ​

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Tickets’ section.
    ​
    ​

  4. Click the pencil icon on the tickets you want to change the on sale dates for.
    ​
    ​

  5. Change the dates and times you want the tickets to be on sale from and to under the headings ‘On Sale From’ and ‘On Sale To’.

  6. Click ‘Save’.
    ​
    ​

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    ​
    ​

  8. Click ‘Save Event’ to set your changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully changed the dates your tickets are on sale!
