How Do I Hide Tickets from Customers?

If you need to hide your tickets from customers for whatever reason, on Fatsoma this is super easy to do.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to hide the tickets for.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Tickets’ section.

  4. Click the pencil icon on the tickets you want to hide.

  5. Locate the ‘Visibility’ heading (you may have to click ‘More Options’ to find this).

  6. Tick the box labelled ‘Disable this ticket type’.
    ​
    ​

  7. Click ‘Save’.
    ​
    ​

  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    ​
    ​

  9. Click ‘Save Event’ to set your changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully hidden your tickets!
