Please note: All funds on Fatsoma clear 48 hours after the end date and time of the event, and you will not be able to withdraw your funds before this time has passed. Once you’ve requested a payout, the funds should be in your account within 5 working days.
From your Dashboard, select the ‘Finance’ tab at the top of the page.
Click the ‘Request Payout’ button.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Enter your personal details in the boxes provided including your name, email address, and phone number. (Please ensure these details are correct as these are what we will use to contact you in order to verify your account).
Click ‘Add New Account’. (If this isn’t your first withdrawal you will be able to select the account you have already saved).
Enter the following information in the boxes provided:
Whether you are a Company, Sole Trader, or Individual
Your company details (if applicable)
Your registered address
The type of account you wish to withdraw to (IMPORTANT: to withdraw in Euros, you will need to select ‘International Bank Account’ as we require an IBAN and SWIFT code in order to complete the transfer)
Your Bank's Name
Your Bank Account Holder’s Name
Your Bank Account Registered Address
Your IBAN
Your SWIFT/BIC code
Please note, all of the above are required fields and are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be able to withdraw your funds until all the required fields are complete.
Click ‘Request Payout’.
Review the payout total and the account details.
Click ‘Confirm’.
Congratulations, you have successfully made an international withdrawal!
IMPORTANT: If this is your first withdrawal, your account will need to be verified before you can receive your funds. You will receive an email from our verifications team, and a text from our partner company Red Flag with details on how to do this.
