You can create an NFT when you’re originally listing an event, or you can go back and create one later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through creating an NFT on an existing event. If you’re creating your NFTs whilst you’re setting up the event, jump straight to step 3 below.
Please note: all NFTs are linked to tickets so you will need to add a ticket before you can create your NFTs.
From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to add NFTs to.
Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.
Scroll down to the NFTs section.
Click the button labelled ‘Add NFT’. This will open a pop-up window where you can create your NFT.
Select the ticket you want to pair the NFT with from the drop down menu. All NFTs must be linked to a ticket type as this determines the quantity of NFTs available.
Upload the artwork you want displayed on the NFT. By default this is set as the event image, but you can upload any artwork you wish (we recommend dimensions of 1020px x 1443px and the file must be no bigger than 1MB).
Set the title of your NFT, we recommend that this matches the title of the event however it can be anything you want. Please be aware, the title is limited to 2 lines which is around 50 characters.
Set the price of your NFT. This can be set as whatever you want with a minimum charge of £1. The fee rate will be set automatically.
Tick the box confirming that you understand that you can only edit the price and visibility of your NFT once it’s been created, and that you have read the Terms and Conditions.
Click ‘Preview your NFT’ to see what your NFT will look like.
Click ‘Create NFT’ when you’re happy with the design.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click ‘Save Event’ to set your changes live.
Congratulations, you have successfully created an NFT!
