You can sort your tickets into Ticket Categories when you originally list the ticket or you can go back and add them later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through adding an existing ticket into a category. If you’re adding a ticket to a Ticket Category whilst you’re setting up the event, then jump straight to step 3 below.
(Before you can sort your tickets into categories, you will first need to add Ticket Categories to your event!)
From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event where you want to sort the tickets into categories.
Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.
Scroll down to the 'Tickets' section.
Click on the pencil icon next to the ticket you want to add to a category.
Select 'More Options'.
Scroll down to 'Add ticket to category'.
Select the correct category from the drop down menu.
Click 'Save'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click ‘Save Event’ to set the changes live.
Congratulations, you have successfully added your ticket to a Ticket Category!
