From your Dashboard, select the ‘Orders’ tab at the top of the page.
Enter either the customer’s name, email address OR their 12-digit order number into the search bar.
Locate the correct order.
Click the ‘View’ button.
Click ‘Refund’.
Click ‘OK’ in the confirmation pop-up.
Congratulations, you have successfully issued a refund!
Once you have issued the refund, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to land in the customer’s bank account.
