How Do I Announce an Event I'm Co-Promoting?

Once you’ve set up a co-promotion you can recommend the event to your followers through an event announcement.

  1. From your Dashboard, locate the brand page where you’re co-promoting the event. This can be found in the list on the right-hand side of the page, or using the ‘Pages’ drop-down at the top.

  2. Locate the co-promoted event that you want to announce. This will be under the ‘Upcoming Events’ heading.

  3. Click the button labelled ‘Promote’ next to the event title.

  4. Click ‘Announce’ in the pop-up window. Here you will also be able to get a link to the event to post on your social media channels if you wish to promote the event that way!

  5. Click ‘Ok’ in the confirmation pop-up to announce the event.

Congratulations, you have successfully announced the event you’re co-promoting!
