How Do I Add A Facebook Pixel to My Brand Page on Fatsoma?

Facebook is one of the most proven platforms for promoting your events, and we’ve made it easy to optimise your marketing by adding a pixel.

If you haven’t already, firstly, you will need to create your pixel in your Facebook Events Manager. You will find everything you need to know to do this here.

  1. Once you’ve created your pixel, log into business.fatsoma.com.

  2. From your Dashboard, locate the brand you would like to add a pixel to. This can be done using the menu on the right-hand side of the page, or by clicking on the ‘Pages’ tab at the top of the page and selecting the correct brand from the drop down menu.

  3. Locate the ‘Analytics’ heading in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Select ‘Facebook Pixel’.

  5. Enter your Facebook Pixel Tracking ID in the box provided.

  6. Click ‘Save’.

  7. Refer back to your Facebook Events Manager and use the Facebook Pixel Helper to ensure that the pixel has been implemented correctly. (You can find details of how to do this here).

You can also add your Facebook pixel at both a company level and an event level on Fatsoma, however, please be aware that if you add the same pixel to both your company and one of your brands, Facebook will read any actions taken by your customers twice and your figures will be reported as double the actual value.
