Cross Sells are our powerful new marketing tool that allows you to promote your events to your customers when they’ve purchased a ticket.

By enabling Cross Sells on your event, you can feature other upcoming events on the order complete page shown to customers once they’ve made a purchase. These can be any of your events on Fatsoma, so if you want to boost sales for a specific event, or draw your customers attention to something new, then try adding these as a Cross Sell!

All you need to do is add the Fatsoma event URL of the events you want to promote (maximum of 4) in the Cross Sell section of your event page. Once saved the events will be listed under the Order Complete message and will display the event title, image, date, and location. Whether buying through the app or online, when a customer clicks on any of the events listed, they will be taken directly to the event page of the selected event.

You can also add a description to appear above these other events. So if you want to add a discount code, some sort of incentive, or just give a bit more info on the events, then you can add this as part of your Cross Sell.
