What is a Cross Sell?

Cross Sells are our powerful marketing tool that allows you to feature your other upcoming events on the order complete page shown to customers once they’ve purchased a ticket. Find out more about Cross Sells and how they work here.

What are the benefits of using Cross Sells?

There are countless benefits to using Cross Sells to promote your events. Not only are they super easy to use, they’re also basically free marketing for your events and your brand. You can create more awareness and increase your revenue in just a few easy clicks. Find out more about the benefits of using Cross Sells here.

How do I add a Cross Sell?

To add a Cross Sell to your event, all you need to do is input the Fatsoma URL of the other events you want to promote in the Cross Sell section of your event page. You can check out our step by step guide to adding Cross Sells to your events here.

Can I change the events on my Cross Sell after I’ve set it up?

You can change the events on your Cross Sell at any time. Simply click the bin icon next to the event you want to remove, and then hit ‘Add an Event’ and input the URL to your new event. Find out more about editing your Cross Sells here.

Can I turn off Cross Sells?

You can remove a Cross Sell from your event in just two clicks. All you need to do is untick the box labelled ‘Visible’ on the Cross Sell, and then click ‘Save’. You can follow our step by step guide to removing cross sells here.

How many events can I put on my Cross Sell?

You can add a maximum of 4 events per Cross Sell.

Can I add a Cross Sell to all of my events?

Yes, you can add a Cross Sell to every one of your events.

Which events can I put on my Cross Sell?

You can add any Fatsoma event to your Cross Sell. So if you want to add an event from another of your brands or companies on Fatsoma, all you need is the event URL and you’re good to go.

Can I customise the message on the Cross Sell?

Yes, you can add your own custom message to your Cross Sells. You can use this to offer your customers exclusive deals and discounts, or even just a description of the events you’re promoting, it is totally up to you!

How much does it cost to use?

Cross Sells are completely free to use.
