How Do I Turn Off Cross Sells?

If you need to remove a cross sell from your event for any reason, then we’ve made this super simple to do. Just follow the steps below!

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to turn off Cross Sells for.

  2. Click "Cross Sells" in the event page. This can be found under the ‘Event’ section in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  3. Untick the box labelled ‘Visible’.
    ​
    ​

  4. Click ‘Save’ to set your changes live.

Congratulations, you have now successfully turned off the Cross Sell on your event!
