How Do I Remove A Customer Question?

If you need to remove a Customer Question for whatever reason, simply follow the easy steps below!

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you wish to remove a Customer Question from.

  2. Click on the ‘Edit Event’ button.

  3. Scroll down to the section titled ‘Customer Questions’.

  4. Click the bin icon on the question you want to remove.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  6. Click ‘Save Event’ to set your changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully removed a Customer Question from your event!
