How Do I Customise the Order Complete Page?

Show a custom message to customers in the Order Complete Page. You could give instructions, offer incentives, or send important information.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to customise the Order Complete Page for.

  2. Locate the heading ‘Messages’. This can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  3. Click ‘Order Confirmation Messages’.
    ​
    ​

  4. Enter your custom message in the box labelled ‘Order Complete Page’. This message will be displayed on the website after a customer has completed their purchase.

    ​

  5. Click ‘Save’ to set your changes live.
