What are the benefits of customising Order Confirmation Messages?
Customising your Order Confirmation Messages allows you to give extra information to your customers at the point of purchase. This could be more info about the event, discounts on future purchases, or even just a thankyou message. Sending your customers a personalised message is a great way to garner loyalty and generate a real connection with your customer base.
Where will my message be displayed?
Your custom Order Complete Page message will be displayed on the website once your customer has completed their purchase. Your custom Order Confirmation Email message will be displayed at the top of the email sent to customers to confirm their purchase and deliver their tickets.
What can I include in the message in the Order Complete Page?
You can use the Order Complete Page message to provide additional information or even exclusive deals to your customers. You can also add images or embed videos to promote your brand or your other events!
What can I include in the message in the Order Confirmation Email?
You can use the Order Confirmation Email message to provide additional information or even exclusive deals to your customers. However, unlike in the Order Complete Page, you can only enter text into the Order Confirmation Email message.
Is there a word maximum?
There’s no word limit on either the Order Complete Page or the Order Confirmation Email. However, we advise keeping your message as concise as possible.
Do I have to customise the Order Confirmation Messages?
No, you don’t have to customise the Order Confirmation Messages. If you choose not to, your customers will receive the standard Order Confirmation Email and Order Complete Page.
