From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to customise the Order Confirmation Email for.
Locate the heading ‘Messages’. This can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Click ‘Order Confirmation Messages’.
Enter your custom message in the box labelled ‘Order Confirmation Email’. This message will be displayed in the email sent to customers to confirm their purchase and deliver their tickets.
Click ‘Save’ to set your changes live.
