How Do I Edit My Pre-Sale Registration?

You can change the dates your Pre-Sale Registration is available, or the quantity of sign-ups available following these simple steps.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to edit the Pre-Sale Registration on.

  2. Click the 'Edit Event' button.
    ​
    ​

  3. Scroll down and locate the ‘Pre-Sale’ heading in the 'Tickets' section.
    ​
    ​

  4. Click on the pencil icon on your existing Pre-Sale.
    ​
    ​

  5. Make the required edits to your Pre-Sale in the pop-up window.
    ​
    ​

  6. Click ‘Save’.
    ​
    ​

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    ​
    ​

  8. Click 'Save Event' to set the changes live.
