If you haven’t already, firstly, you will need to create your pixel in your TikTok Ads Manager. You will find everything you need to know to do this here.
Once you’ve created your pixel, log into business.fatsoma.com.
From your Dashboard, locate the event you would like to add a pixel to.
Locate the ‘Analytics’ heading in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Select ‘TikTok Pixel’.
Enter your TikTok Pixel Tracking ID in the box provided.
Click 'Save'.
Refer back to your TikTok Ads Manager and use the TikTok Pixel Helper to ensure that the pixel has been implemented correctly. (You can find details of how to do this here).
You can also add your TikTok pixel at both a company level and a brand level on Fatsoma, however, please be aware that if you add the same pixel to both your company and one of your brands/events, TikTok will read any actions taken by your customers twice and your figures will be reported as double the actual value.
