How Do I Message the Attendees of My Event?

Our Attendee Posts feature allows you to quickly and easily contact all the ticket holders for your event, keeping them up to date.

  1. From your Dashboard, locate the event you want to message the attendees for.

  2. Click 'Create Attendee Post' from the menu on the left-hand side of the page, this can be found under the 'Messaging' section.

  3. Under 'Post To', click the drop down arrow in the box labelled 'Choose Audience'.

  4. Click the ‘Upload Image’ button to add an image to your Attendee Post. Please note, Post images can’t be larger than 1MB and need to be in the form of a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png. Our recommended image size is 1600 x 900px.

  5. Enter the title of your Attendee Post under 'Title'.

  6. Write the message you want to send to your event attendees under 'Caption'. Please note, the caption has a maximum limit of 4000 characters.

  7. Scroll down to the section labelled 'Publish your Post', check the box confirming the Attendee Post is not being used for marketing purposes.

  8. Click 'Post Now' to message your attendees immediately, or click 'Schedule For' to choose when your Attendee Post is sent. (You can also keep the Post in draft if you'd prefer!).

  9. Click 'Save'.

Congratulations, you have successfully messaged the attendees of your event!
