You can change your rep request settings when you originally add a brand or you can go back and change them later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through changing rep request settings on an existing brand. If you’re changing your rep request settings whilst you’re setting up the brand, then jump straight to step 3 below.
From your Dashboard, locate the brand you would like to add reps to. This can be done using the menu on the right-hand side of the page, or by clicking on the ‘Pages’ tab at the top of the page and selecting the correct brand from the drop down menu.
Click the ‘Edit Page’ button.
Locate the ‘Rep Settings’ section.
Check the box labelled ‘Automatically Approve Reps’ if you want rep requests for your brand to be approved automatically. OR uncheck the box if you’d like to manage your rep requests manually.
Click ‘Save’ to set your changes live.
