How Do I Edit the Refund Request Settings on My Event?

At Fatsoma, we put you in complete control of your refunds, including whether to allow your customers to submit refund requests or not.

Please note: Refund requests will automatically be turned on if you set your event as Cancelled or Rescheduled. Find out more about when you are required to issue refunds here.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to change the refund request settings for.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Refund Requests’ section.

  4. Select either ‘Enabled’ or ‘Disabled’ depending on whether you want to receive refund requests for the event.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  6. Click ‘Save Event’ to set the changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully edited the Refund Request Settings on your event!
