Please note: Refund requests will automatically be turned on if you set your event as Cancelled or Rescheduled. Find out more about when you are required to issue refunds here.
From your Dashboard, locate the brand you would like to edit the refund request settings for. This can be done using the menu on the right-hand side of the page, or by clicking on the ‘Pages’ tab at the top of the page and selecting the correct brand from the drop down menu.
Locate the ‘Events’ heading in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Select ‘Refund Requests’.
Select either ‘Enabled’ or ‘Disabled’ depending on whether you want to receive refund requests for your brand.
Click ‘Save’.
