What are Ticket Reminders?

Ticket Reminders are our exciting promotional tool that allows your customers to register their interest in your events before tickets go on sale. This can help to create even more of a buzz around your events, and ensure your customers stay up to date on the events that matter to them.

Ticket Reminders work in much the same way as a ticket would on Fatsoma. You can add Ticket Reminders to your event under the ‘Tickets’ section in the Edit Event page in just a few clicks. You can set the date and time you want your Ticket Reminder sign-ups to be available, and can also choose how many sign ups to allow. The Ticket Reminders link will then appear in your event page above your tickets, and customers can sign-up and register their interest in the event in just one click. Once they’ve signed up, your customers will be the first to know when the tickets for the event go on sale. If you schedule and Attendee Post to go out when your tickets go on sale, they will receive an email or a push notification from the Fatsoma app so they don’t miss out on the chance to purchase tickets to the events that mean the most to them. Also, every customer who signs up for Ticket Reminders will be added to your Fatsoma following allowing you to market even more of your future events to them, and ensuring that they never miss out.
