You can turn off the Pre-Sale Registration on your event when you originally list it, or you can go back and do it later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through turning off a Pre-Sale Registration on an existing event. If you’re turning off a Pre-Sale Registration whilst you’re setting up the event, jump straight to step 3 below.
If you want to remove Pre-Sale Registration from your event completely, you can follow our guide here, however, you will only be able to do this before you’ve received your first Pre-Sale signups.
From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to turn off the Pre-Sale Registration for.
Click the 'Edit Event' button.
Scroll down and locate the ‘Pre-Sale’ heading in the 'Tickets' section.
Click on the pencil icon on your existing Pre-Sale.
Tick the box labelled ‘Hidden From Customers’ under the ‘Visibility’ heading.
Click ‘Save’.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click 'Save Event' to set the changes live.
Congratulations, you have successfully turned off your Pre-Sale Registration!
