How Do I Remove a Pre-Sale Registration from My Event?

You can remove the Pre-Sale Registration on your event by following the simple steps below.

Please note: You will not be able to remove a Pre-Sale Registration once you’ve received any sign-ups. If you want to turn off your Pre-Sale after receiving sign-ups, you can follow our guide here.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to remove the Pre-Sale Registration from.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.
    ​
    ​

  3. Scroll down and locate the ‘Pre-Sale’ heading in the 'Tickets' section.
    ​
    ​

  4. Click on the bin icon on your Pre-Sale.
    ​
    ​

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    ​
    ​

  6. Click 'Save Event' to set the changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully removed the Pre-Sale Registration from your event!
