How Do I Remove Ticket Reminders from My Event?

You can remove the Ticket Reminders on your event by following the simple steps below.

Please note: You will not be able to remove Ticket Reminders once you’ve received any sign-ups. If you want to turn off your Ticket Reminders after receiving sign-ups, you can follow our guide here.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to remove the Ticket Reminders from.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

  3. Scroll down and locate the ‘Ticket Reminders’ heading in the 'Tickets' section.

  4. Click on the bin icon on your Ticket Reminders.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  6. Click 'Save Event' to set the changes live.

Congratulations, you have successfully removed the Ticket Reminders from your event!
