You can turn off the Ticket Reminders on your event when you originally list it, or you can go back and do it later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through turning off Ticket Reminders on an existing event. If you’re turning off a Pre-Sale Registration whilst you’re setting up the event, jump straight to step 3 below.
If you want to remove Ticket Reminders from your event completely, you can follow our guide here, however, you will only be able to do this before you’ve received your first Ticket Reminder signups.
From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to turn off Ticket Reminders for.
Click the 'Edit Event' button.
Scroll down and locate the ‘Ticket Reminders heading in the 'Tickets' section.
Click on the pencil icon on your existing Ticket Reminders.
Tick the box labelled ‘Disable Ticket Reminder Sign-ups’ under the ‘Visibility’ heading.
Click ‘Save’.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click 'Save Event' to set the changes live.
Congratulations, you have successfully turned off your Ticket Reminders!
