You can respond to rep requests for your brand either from your Fatsoma Dashboard or from your email inbox. In the scenario below we’ll run through how to respond to rep requests from your email. If you’d prefer to respond to rep requests through your Fatsoma Dashboard, then you can check out our guide here.
Login to the email address linked to your Fatsoma account.
Locate the Fatsoma ‘Rep Request’ email.
Click ‘View Request’.
Login to Fatsoma. If you are already logged in you will be taken straight to your notifications page and can jump to step 5 below.
Locate the request you want to respond to.
Click either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ depending on whether you want to allow that person to be a rep on your brand.
Look out for the confirmation of your decision to appear on the notification.
Congratulations, you have successfully responded to a rep request from your email!
