You can respond to rep requests for your brand either from your Fatsoma Dashboard or from your email inbox. In the scenario below we’ll run through how to respond to rep requests from your Dashboard. If you’d prefer to respond to rep requests via email, then you can check out our guide here.
From your Dashboard, click on the notification bell in the top right of the page.
Locate the rep request you want to respond to.
Click either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ depending on whether you want to allow that person to be a rep on your brand.
Look out for the confirmation of your decision to appear on the notification.
Congratulations, you have successfully responded to a rep request through your Fatsoma Dashboard!
